Localization Project Management

A localization project consists in the translation of a software program and its adaptation to the targeted market. The texts to deal with include fieldnames, error messages, menus, forms, pop-ups and, last but not least,
the online help. Managing such a project requires good organizational skills as the project manager represents the link between the customer and the translation team for all questions relative to terminology
and the technical environment. Moreover, the project manager is responsible for the final quality
of the job and for delivery deadlines.
